Single Developer license allows use of the program to one developer/member of the organization.
Site Developer license allows use the program by members of the same organization within a single town or city.
Worldwide Developer license covers all members of a single organization worldwide.
Educational Site Developer license allows use the program on any number of computers within the same educational institution (Schools, Colleges, Universities, and other institutions). The teachers may also use the program at home.
