Once you have your SWF file ready, you’ll choose the capture method and what frames you want. You may select frames via key frames, total number of frames or one frame every second (or whatever second count you like).

I'm the only one in my company. I use Jugglor PRO and J Tools. In fact, I rarely use Macromedia Flash without going through one of these tools at the end.
